Mrs. To Be in 4 months!! HELPPP!!!!?

i don’t know if it’s cold feet or just major anxiety. i’ve been engaged for 8 months to a man i’ve been dating for 3 years. i love him so much and i know i want to spend the rest of my life with him but i am just starting to freak out. i’ve even started to lose sleep. most of his work is done from home but he has to fly to boston for business meetings at least 3 times a month and in these past few months i’ve been missing him more and more and it’s starting to scare me. i’ve never been the girl that was dependent on a guy but now i find myself calling him every hour if we’re not together and when he goes out of town i feel like i’m a nervous wreck… i’ve never felt like this before. is it nerves or should i be worried?

It’s nerves. Get out and get some exercise. Upon return, relax, with some soothing music, lavish in a hot tub, with some tea and honey.
